Chapter 01 · Philosophy 01

We start with the recommendation, not the quote. We check the space, understand the goal, and strip out whatever adds no value.

The biggest risk in buying a pergola isn't the price — it's the wrong configuration. A quote that looks good on paper but can't be installed properly, or a pergola over-loaded with accessories you'll never use.

That's why we invest time in consultation and surveying BEFORE the quote. Then when we give the final figure, it's firm. No surprises along the way.

01 / Consultation We understand what you want to gain Phone, WhatsApp or showroom. We define the goal — a longer season, shade, rain protection, privacy or HoReCa capacity. We check whether a pergola is the right answer or whether another solution deserves consideration. Day 1

02 / Survey Site visit with the technical team We measure precisely, check the existing structure, identify hidden services and talk through the realistic options with you. That's how you avoid a quote that looks good on paper but is hard to install properly. Days 2–5

03 / Configuration & quote 3D visualisation + firm quote We configure the system: dimensions, RAL finishes, accessories. We send a 3D visualisation and a quote itemised by component — you see exactly what you're paying for and what can come out if you're optimising the budget. Days 5–7

04 / Manufacturing Built to order Welding, anodising, RAL coating and assembly at our partner's factory. Meanwhile we confirm the installation schedule and prepare the site (equipment access, power supply). 3–6 weeks

05 / Installation & handover Our own team, no subcontractors Clean installation, motor and sensor calibration, and the space left tidy. You get a user manual, a written warranty and the direct number of the service team. 2–5 days

We discuss how the house is oriented, the surface area and your day-to-day usage scenarios.

A visit with the technical team before the firm quote. We check everything on site.
