Who we are & the data controller

What data we collect

Data you actively provide, through the form, WhatsApp, email or phone:

• Name
• Phone
• Email (optional)
• A description of the project and photos of the terrace (if you send them)
• The address for the technical visit (if we schedule a survey)

Data collected automatically, if you have accepted optional cookies (see Cookie policy): IP address, browser type, pages visited. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

For what purpose

• To respond to your quote request (form, WhatsApp, email, phone).

• To configure the technical proposal and schedule the survey visit.

• To issue an invoice and contract if you choose to work with us.

• To measure the performance of the site and our campaigns (only if you have accepted marketing/analytics cookies).

Legal basis

• Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) — for the form, WhatsApp and optional cookies.

• Performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) — for clients who sign an installation contract.

• Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR) — for tax records kept under accounting law.

How long we keep data

• Quote requests without a contract: 12 months maximum, then deleted.

• Contractual and tax records: 10 years, as required by law.

• Optional cookies: 13 months maximum, in line with CNIL guidance.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. We share it only:

• With our own team (consultation, survey, installation).

• With our hosting and email providers (Vercel, Google Workspace) — under GDPR-compliant agreements.

• With the authorities, where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right:

• To access your data.
• To rectify inaccurate data.
• To erasure (the “right to be forgotten”).
• To restrict processing.
• To data portability.
• To object to processing.
• To withdraw your consent at any time.
• To lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contact@pergodesign.ro. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version and the date of the last update are shown at the top of the page. Significant changes will be announced by email to those whose details we hold.
